If you filed a claim with the court appointed settlement administrator, you can to contact them at 888-995-0207. We do not have access to their computer systems, so we cannot give you any information about a claim filed directly with them.
If you don’t remember whether you filed a claim with us or with the court appointed settlement administrator, here is how to determine that: We only accepted paper filings sent to us via US mail, fax or email. If you filed a claim online and received a reference number after filing, then you filed with the court appointed settlement administrator. Again, their phone number is 888-995-0207.
If you filed a claim with us and then received a letter from us asking for your final closing or settlement statement, it is not too late to send it to us.
